One has to follow certain habits that would enhance the efficiency, productivity, longetivitity of the person. In 2023, I am aiming to follow the following habits religiously.
1. Walk every 5-10 mins every waking hour -
Sedentary life can contribute to heart problems, dementia, diabetes and other health problems, therefore it is important to walk every hour/ half-hour if one sits all day. Read more here.
